By this time, all grade 12 students should have completed Planning 10 in anticipation of grad.  In addition, Grad Transitions forms should be submitted to the Counseling Office as soon as possible.

In April, Vice Principals will be consulting with Grade 12 students who have outstanding fees.

Commencement tickets will be printed after Spring Break.  Each graduating student will be given eight tickets to the Commencement Ceremony.  Requests for extra tickets will be taken in the office during April.  The tickets will be distributed to students after May 23rd.  Students should listen to the announcements and watch the website to know when tickets are available for pick up.

Unless otherwise requested, the Commencement Ceremony program lists graduates by their legal name.  Should any grade 12 student wish to have their usual name listed, the office staff should be notified of this preference.  It should be noted that the name printed in the program is the name that will be announced as the student crosses the stage during the ceremony.
